President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Independence of Armenia. The message particularly states,

I cordially congratulate you on the 30th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Armenia.
