Mr. Atoyants' contribution to the development of Armenian film production, in particular, to the fruitful activity of "Hayfilm" film studio, is invaluable.

The dozens of films made by the prominent cinematographer, including "Heghnar Aghbyur", "The Big Win", "Avdo's Car", "The Soldier and the Elephant", "Chaos" are a significant part of the rich heritage of the Armenian cinema.

The creative activity of Mr. Atoyants was linked with such famous directors of Armenian cinema as Arman Manaryan, Albert Mkrtchyan, Arnold Agababov, Dmitri Kesayants, Henrikh Margaryan and others. As a result of this cooperation, a significant part of the rich heritage of Armenian cinema was created.
