Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon on the occasion of Independence Day. The message reads as follows,

"Dear Emomali Rahmon,

I heartily congratulate you and all citizens of Tajikistan on Independence Day.

Since the declaration of state independence, Tajikistan has achieved considerable success and secured its rightful place in the international arena.

I am confident that the good traditions of friendship and mutual respect between the peoples of Armenia and Tajikistan will always serve as a reliable guide for raising bilateral interstate relations to a higher level.

I wish you, dear Emomali Rahmon, good health and all the best, and prosperity and well-being to the friendly people of Tajikistan."
