Prime Minister receives well-known Armenian swimmer Shavarsh Karapetyan

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received famous Armenian swimmer, Honored Master of Sports of the USSR Shavarsh Karapetyan.

“I am glad that I can see you more often in Yerevan: this is our second meeting in the past three months,” Nikol Pashinyan said, expressing the hope that Shavarsh Karapetyan’s would henceforth abide by stronger ties with his homeland. For his part, the famous swimmer wished every success to the government headed by Prime Minister Pashinyan for the benefit of Armenia and the Armenian people.

“We want the victory you won to be the victory of all Armenians. We all want to be involved in the prosperity of our homeland,” Shavarsh Karapetyan said, adding that there are many talented young Armenians in Russia who stand ready to support the Armenian government, to get involved in the system of public administration and contribute to homeland’s development.

Nikol Pashinyan suggested communicating these people’s personal details to the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, where each application will be processed and an appropriate response will be given.
