I was deeply grieved to learn about the terrorist attack in Pulwama district of the state of Jammu and Kashmir, which killed dozens of people.

Condemning this appalling act of terrorism, we are convinced that the perpetrators will get the deserved punishment as a result of the measures taken by your government.
