Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent a condolence message to German Chancellor Angela Merkel over the tragic incident in Hanau. The message runs as follows:

“Honorable Mrs. Merkel,

I was deeply grieved to learn about the tragedy in Hanau town.

On behalf of the Armenian people and myself, I offer our sincere condolences and sympathy to you and to the friendly people of Germany.

I wish fortitude and endurance to the families and friends of the victims, and a speedy recovery to the injured.”
