Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a condolence message to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in connection with the casualties as a result of the incident in Izhevsk.
The message reads as follows,

"Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,

I was deeply saddened to learn about the tragic incident that happened in one of the schools in Izhevsk city.

On behalf of the people of Armenia and myself, I ask you to convey words of sincere sympathy and support to all those who have lost their loved ones and relatives, and I also wish a speedy recovery to all the wounded."
