I learned with deep sorrow about the death of People’s Artist of the Republic of Armenia Hrachya Gasparyan.

Hrachya Gasparyan’s contribution to the development of Armenian theater art is invaluable.

With his pedagogical and creative activities, he made a significant contribution both to cultural life and to the education and formation of a new generation at the Yerevan State Institute of Theater and Cinema.

On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and personally myself, I express my deepest condolences to the family, relatives, colleagues of Hrachya Gasparyan, as well as to all fans of Armenian theater art.
