Xavier Bettel, the Prime Minister of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, has sent a congratulatory message to RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. The message runs as follows:

“On behalf of the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and on my own behalf, I sincerely congratulate you and offer my best wishes of success on your election as Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
