Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi sent a congratulatory message to Nikol Pashinyan on re-election as Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia. The message runs as follows,

Please accept my heartiest congratulations on your victory in the recently held parliamentary elections and your election as Prime Minister for the second time. Your victory has shown that the Armenian people have reposed their faith in you.

You have taken over the leadership of Armenia again at a very challenging time. I am confident that you will be able to lead your country towards a peaceful, safe and better future.

India and Armenia enjoy warm and cordial relations. We highly value our close friendship and cooperation both bilaterally and in the international fora. I look forward to continue working with you to further strengthen our relations.
