Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to the newly elected Prime Minister of the State of Kuwait, Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah. The message reads as follows,

I convey to you my warm congratulations on assuming the position of the President of the Council of Ministers of the State of Kuwait, wishing you effective and fruitful activities.

Reaffirming the readiness to further deepen and expand the existing relations between the Republic of Armenia and the State of Kuwait, I am full of hope that by making joint efforts we will be able to give a new quality and further strengthen the mutually beneficial cooperation between our countries for the benefit of our peoples.

I wish you good health and success in your responsible position, and lasting peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Kuwait.
