Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein Al-Hashimi of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of independence. The message reads:

“I warmly congratulate you and the friendly people of Jordan on the occasion of the national holiday, the 79th anniversary of independence.

I reaffirm the commitment of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and myself to cooperate with you to enrich the agenda of bilateral relations and further deepen political dialogue.

Armenia closely follows and supports Jordan’s efforts aimed at establishing lasting and sustainable peace in the Middle East.

Taking this opportunity, I wish you prosperity and success, and lasting peace and development to the friendly people of Jordan.”
