Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić on the occasion of the national holiday, Statehood Day. The message reads:

“I warmly congratulate you on the national holiday of the Republic of Serbia, Statehood Day.

Armenia attaches great importance to the development and strengthening of relations with Serbia, which are historically based on mutual sympathy and respect for each other’s interests.

I am confident that through close cooperation we will be able to activate the political dialogue between our countries, as well as to identify and realize the existing potential of the bilateral economic agenda for the benefit of our countries.

I also hope that Serbia will support the efforts aimed at strengthening peace and stability in the South Caucasus with a balanced and constructive approach.

I wish you every success, and prosperity and sustainable progress to the friendly people of Serbia.”
