PM Pashinyan sends congratulatory message to Lithuanian Prime Minister
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania, Inga Ruginienė, on the occasion of the national holiday, the Day of Restoration of the Statehood of Lithuania.
“I warmly congratulate you and the friendly people of Lithuania on the Day of Restoration of the Statehood of Lithuania.
The Republic of Armenia attaches great importance to the consistent development and expansion of our bilateral relations based on mutual trust. It is noteworthy that Lithuania is the first country to recognize the independence of Armenia, and this year we mark the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
The Armenian government highly appreciates the unconditional political support provided by Lithuania to the ongoing democratic reforms in our country, as well as to our aspirations towards the European family.
I am confident that through joint efforts, it will be possible to continue strengthening relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Lithuania on both bilateral and multilateral platforms for the benefit of our peoples. I express my gratitude to Lithuania for its support for strengthening democracy in Armenia.
Taking this opportunity, I wish you all the best, and progress and prosperity to the friendly people of Lithuania."
