Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to Bulgarian Prime Minister Andrey Gurov on the occasion of the national holiday, Liberation Day. The congratulatory message, in particular, states:

“On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and personally myself, I warmly congratulate the Republic of Bulgaria on the occasion of the national holiday, Liberation Day.

Armenia attaches importance to the continuous development of our bilateral relations based on mutual trust and common values.

I am pleased to note that the normal deepening and expansion of the mutually beneficial partnership between our friendly countries have created solid foundations for raising bilateral relations to a qualitatively new level for the benefit of our states.

Bulgaria is Armenia’s reliable partner in the European Union, an active supporter of democratic reforms, interdependence and economic development, and we are interested in further deepening our cooperation on this platform.
