Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to President of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Italy Giorgia Meloni on the occasion of the national holiday, Republic Day. The message reads:

“I warmly congratulate you and the friendly people of Italy on the occasion of the national holiday of Italy, Republic Day.

Armenia attaches great importance to the continuous development and deepening of relations with Italy, based on common values and the centuries-old friendship that unites our peoples.

We highly appreciate the effective cooperation established between our states both in the bilateral format and on multilateral platforms, including within the framework of the Armenia-European Union partnership.

I warmly recall our meeting in Yerevan within the framework of the 8th Summit of the European Political Community. I am hopeful that thanks to joint consistent efforts, Armenia-Italy relations will continue to further strengthen and expand, acquiring new quality and content.

I congratulate you and the friendly people of Italy once again, wishing you peace, prosperity, and continued progress."
