The Prime Minister of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Rob Jetten, congratulated the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, on the victory of the “Civil Contract” party in the 2026 parliamentary elections, stating:

“I would like to congratulate Nikol Pashinyan on his electoral victory. These results are a clear endorsment to his agenda of regional peace, connectivity and increased EU-Armenia cooperation.
