Congratulatory telegrams
PM Pashinyan sends congratulatory message to Lithuanian Prime Minister
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to Mindaugas Sinkevičius on his appointment as Prime Minister of Lithuania.
The message reads:
“I warmly congratulate you on your appointment as Prime Minister of Lithuania.
I am confident that during this responsible period, the government you lead will succeed in leading Lithuania on the path of security, stability and prosperity.
The friendship between our two peoples, based on common values, is a solid foundation for expanding multifaceted cooperation between Armenia and Lithuania.
Lithuania was the first to recognize the independence of the Republic of Armenia in 1991, and since then, a strong partnership has been established between our countries, which was raised to a qualitatively new level with the Joint Declaration “On Strategic Partnership between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Lithuania” signed in Yerevan on May 19, 2026.
We highly appreciate Lithuania’s continuous and unconditional support for the reforms implemented in Armenia, and especially for the deepening of the Armenia-European Union partnership.
I am confident that through joint efforts we will continue to further develop and expand our cooperation agenda for the benefit of both countries.
I wish you fruitful activities, and peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Lithuania."
