Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, on the occasion of the national holiday, Revolution Day. The message reads:

“Dear Mr. President,

I extend my warmest congratulations to you and the friendly people of Egypt on the occasion of the national holiday of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Revolution Day.

Armenia attaches great importance to the further expansion and development of multifaceted relations with Egypt, based on the centuries-old friendship and mutual respect of our peoples.

The constructive role that Egypt plays today in establishing lasting peace and stability in the Middle East and African regions, as well as creating opportunities for further prosperity, is highly commended.

I am hopeful that in the coming years, through joint work, we will manage to bring the economic relations of our states in line with the high level of the existing political dialogue.

I wish you good health and new successes, and lasting peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Egypt."
