The President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov and the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev sent congratulatory messages to Nikol Pashinyan on his appointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

The message of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov reads:
