Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan visited the Kirants settlement in Tavush region accomponied by the members of the Public Council.
The Prime Minister and the members of the Public Council first visited the Kirants section of the demarcated state border between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan, where the implemented works were presented.
The next stop was the newly built Kirants G. Vardanyan primary school. During the tour, the members of the Public Council got acquainted with the conditions created in the school, which has been in operation for a year. The Government had allocated 737 million drams for the project. The school is designed for 100 children, and a preschool for 20 children is operating.
Then the Prime Minister and the members of the Public Council got acquainted with the restoration works of the Holy Trinity Church in Kirants. 55 million drams were allocated from the state budget for the project. The restoration works are planned to be completed in December 2025.
