Your past activities, your devotion and services to the Motherland have earned you our people’s great love and respect. Invaluable is your contribution to the Artsakh Liberation War and, in particular, to the liberation of Shushi and other victories.

You are a vivid example of patriotism for the younger generation, and I am glad that you carry on with your vigorous activities, contributing thereby to the development and modernization of Armenia’s defense system with your long experience, knowledge and advice.
