Prime Minister, his spouse attend fifth Yerevan Jazz Fest’s closing ceremony

Accompanied by his spouse Anna Hakobyan, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan attended the closing ceremony of the Yerevan Jazz Fest 2019 international festival.
The Premier and his spouse attended the final concert of the festival during which the first animation movie about Armenian jazz was screened. Famous musicians Vahagn Hayrapetyan, Hrant Stuard, John Marshal and Lucy Yeghiazaryan performed during the concert.
At the end of the concert, the organizers presented the Prime Minister with a poster of the festival, which bore the signatures of the performing musicians. The Prime Minister thanked the organizers for holding the festival at such a high level and for the wonderful concert.
Yerevan Jazz Fest is the first large-scale jazz music festival in Armenia, held since 2015. It was organized by a joint initiative of the Armenian Jazz Association and Mezzo Production.
This year the festival kicked off with Grammy Quartet Laureate, bass guitarist Stanley Clark Band’s performance. Famous Armenian and foreign jazz musicians partook in the festival.
