PM Pashinyan receives the delegation of the "Amundi Group" company engaged in asset management

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the deputy executive director of the French "Amundi Group" Bernard de Witt and the delegation headed by him.

The Prime Minister emphasized the involvement of "Amundi Group" in the process of managing pension funds in Armenia, in the person of "Amundi-ACBA Asset Management" company. Nikol Pashinyan referred to the process of pension reform and noted that the current dynamics of Armenia’s economic growth allows to increase the effectiveness of the reform by implementing new investment programs.

Bernard de Witt thanked the Prime Minister for the high appreciation, effective cooperation and noted that "Amundi Group" is interested in continuing the implementation of projects that are beneficial to the public, the state and the pension system.

Issues related to the implementation of the economic, social and financial components of the pension reform were discussed at the meeting. The Prime Minister was presented with information on the activity, profitability and current results of pension funds managed by "Amundi-ACBA Asset Management" company. The sides exchanged thoughts on the development of the financial market, raising the level of financial literacy, ensuring social welfare and joint projects implemented in a number of other directions.

Nikol Pashinyan emphasized the importance of active communication with the public, which will contribute to the continuous increase of public awareness, accountability and the effective implementation of the pension reform.
