By the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, 1,623,294.4 thousand AMD will be allocated to the regional administrations of Ararat, Armavir, Lori, Kotayk, Syunik and Vayots Dzor regions in order to provide other subsidies to the communities in addition to the subsidies already provided by the state budget. The adoption of the decision is for ensuring the effective implementation of programs aimed at the development of economic and social infrastructures received from the communities.

The Government of Armenia has decided to approve the pilot program for planting gardens and introducing modern irrigation systems in the plots near the houses.

The purpose of the draft decision is to promote the creation of gardens with high-yielding, certified seedlings having phytosanitary passports, and the efficient and economical use of water resources as a result of the introduction of modern irrigation systems in the plots near the houses of the Berkaber and Khashtarak settlements of the Ijevan community of Tavush region.

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan noted that this is the implementation of an instruction given by him a long time ago and the idea is as follows. The government should offer to the citizens that those who rid their home plots of old, non-yielding or low-yielding saplings, the Government will support with 95 percent co-funding to provide quality certificated saplings and drip irrigation.

All pensioners of the Republic of Armenia can meet their minimum food needs with the increased pensions. Referring to the topic, the Head of the Government noted how important the increase of pensions is, because for the first time in the history of Armenia, there is a situation when the minimum pension corresponds to the minimum expenditure basket determined by the Statistical Committee of Armenia according to the methodology of the World Bank. "In other words, this means that with the pension provided by us, all pensioners of the Republic of Armenia can meet their minimum food needs. And this is the first time in the history of our country, when we have such compliance, and if our beloved pensioners use the cashback program, we will have even higher index," said the Prime Minister.

According to the draft decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, it is planned to redistribute the funds allocated to the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia in the amount of 313,995.0 thousand AMD, directing the money to the acquisition of design and budget documents necessary for the creation of educational complexes and the construction of schools in the Lori and Shirak Provinces of the Republic of Armenia.
