Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan attended the ceremonial session dedicated to State Protection Service formation day.
The Prime Minister congratulated the service employees on the occasion of the holiday and thanked them for their work. “For two years now, the State Protection Service has been operating as a body subordinate to the Prime Minister, and, in fact, this is another stage in the institutional development of the structure,” said Nikol Pashinyan and expressed confidence that this decision will ensure the further normal development of the Service, given that the necessary professional potential has been formed in the State Protection Service.
“If there is professionalism, it means there is dedication, there is honesty, there is consistency, there is knowledge, because without all of that it is impossible to have professionalism,” the Prime Minister added. In this context, Nikol Pashinyan spoke about the importance of incentives for continuous professional development - voluntary certification, as well as the creation of an appropriate environment and conditions for the performance of duties by the employee, the formation of mechanisms for the technical and material equipping of the service. “In general, I must say that I am satisfied with the work of the Service. Once again, I want to express my gratitude for the work done with the understanding that we must not forget for a second that today's professionalism may not be enough tomorrow,” the Prime Minister noted and wished success and good service.
A group of employees of the State Protection Service were awarded with the Prime Minister's commemorative medal and a letter of gratitude by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan for their dedication in performing their duties.
