As a result, the implementation of programs considered urgent requiring a priority solution in the regions of Ararat, Armavir, Lori, Kotayk, Shirak, Syunik, Tavush and Vayots Dzor will be ensured. As noted by the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia, Davit Khudatyan, the total cost is 1 billion 568 million drams, it includes 16 programs from 8 regions, the main contracts have been signed. Nikol Pashinyan listed the works being carried out.

Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Zhanna Andreasyan noted that about 2 billion drams of the redistributed amount are planned to be directed to the construction of schools and educational complexes:1.3 billion drams for the construction of schools, and 700 million drams for the construction of educational complexes. 120 million 600 thousand drams will be allocated to the provision of property to kindergartens, which is directed to 61 kindergartens the construction of which has been completed or will be completed this year. The main property for 57 of them has already been acquired.

Nikol Pashinyan, referring to the development of the education sector, noted: “We used to say that the education strategy is important for us, it is pivotal, it is a cornerstone, but in my opinion, we should change and reformulate this formulation in the following way: education is our strategy in general in all issues and in all spheres.” The Prime Minister added that education is our strategy because there is no sphere for which this slogan does not have very practical significance.

The Prime Minister also noted that it is important for the Government to have a message addressed to students that will be before their eyes, understandable, clear, needing no additional explanations. Nikol Pashinyan informed that after the discussions held in the spring, he gave an instruction to the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport to develop this message and give it an appropriate design. “I am pleased to inform you that we have come to a conclusion, and from September 1, 2025, in fact, at least in newly built schools, we will address our students with this message. "Study well to live well," the Prime Minister said, showing the corresponding poster.

Summing up his speech, Prime Minister Pashinyan noted: “Our message to students is clear: “Study well so that you can live well.” We are convinced that it is a very practical message, and no one can ever have any reason to doubt its truthfulness.”
