Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with the schoolchildren and physical education teachers participating in the final round of the “Prime Minister’s Cup” amateur road cycling tournament at the Arevik resort in Sevan. The tournament is being held for the second time for schoolchildren.
During a conversation around the campfire, the tournament participants expressed gratitude for holding such events and shared their impressions of the organization and holding of the competitions. It was noted that there is quite a lot of interest among schoolchildren in this tournament aimed at popularizing cycling.
Nikol Pashinyan wished everyone success and urged them to continue practicing sports.
The tournament will be held on September 13 in Gegharkunik region, on a 40-kilometer road section from the Lake Sevan peninsula to the Shoghakat settlement.
