The swearing-in ceremony of the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Arsen Torosyan and the Minister of Environment Hambardzum Matevosyan took place at the Presidential Palace in the presence of the President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan and the Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

The latter, reading the text of the oath, stated: "For the sake of implementation of the pan-national goals and strengthening of the homeland, I swear to fulfil my obligations before the people in good faith, observe the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Armenia, contribute to maintenance of the sovereignty and interests of the Republic of Armenia, remain loyal to the high title of member of the Government,”

At the end of the swearing-in ceremony, Nikol Pashinyan and Vahagn Khachaturyan congratulated the ministers, wishing them fruitful and productive work for the benefit of the state and the people.
