The Prime Minister meets with a group of Bishops of the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with a group of bishops of the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church at the Government House.

In particular, the meeting was attended by Archbishop Abraham Mkrtchyan, Archbishop Arakel Karamyan, Archbishop Vazgen Mirzakhanyan, Bishop Anushavan Zhamkochyan, Bishop Vrtanes Abrahamyan, Archbishop Navasard Kchoyan, Bishop Arakel Tigranyan, Bishop Gevorg Saroyan.

The Prime Minister welcomed those present and thanked them for publicly expressing ther decisive position. According to the Prime Minister, the topic raised by the Bishops in their statement shows that we are dealing with a very important general agenda.

In his speech, Nikol Pashinyan touched upon the issue of having a value-based society, a value-based state, a value-based public and noted that the value-based nature of the state and society is also related to spiritual life.

It was emphasized that our values are first and foremost related to our spiritual values, and the role spiritual values play for us in reality also largely predetermine the value-based nature of the state and society.
