Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the delegation led by Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna.
The Prime Minister highlighted the multi-faceted cooperation between Armenia and Estonia and noted that there have been internsive bilateral relations in recent times. Nikol Pashinyan noted that this is also evidenced by the high-level bilateral visits, which give a new impetus to the expansion of ties in various directions. The Prime Minister also highlighted Estonia’s role in the development of Armenia-European Union cooperation, including in the effective implementation of democratic reforms in our country.
Margus Tsahkna stressed Estonia's interest in deepening cooperation with Armenia. The latter noted that Estonia is ready to continue its assistance in advancing the reform agenda of the Armenian Government, as well as to promote Armenia-EU cooperation. The Estonian Foreign Minister attached importance to the holding of the European Political Community Summit in Yerevan, expressing confidence that it will be held at a high level.
Nikol Pashinyan and Margus Tsahkna exchanged views on regional developments, as well as the Armenia-EU cooperation agenda, the visa liberalization process and other issues.
