Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan visited the fish farm of the “Sasuntsi Davit” company operating in the Jrarat settlement of the Araks community of Armavir region.

The Prime Minister got acquainted with the activities of the fish farm. It was informed that it is engaged in the breeding of sturgeon fish species and the production of black caviar.

It was noted that the company cooperates with the world-famous “Petrossian” factory and currently has no sales and export problems. A water-saving system and HACCP quality system have been introduced in the farm.

During the visit, the prospects of the fish farming sector were discussed. The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of introducing modern standards and technologies in the sector with the support of the Government and increasing the quality of production.
