Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan visited the Meridian Expo Center, where the preparatory work for the 17th Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP17) to be held in October this year continues.
Nikol Pashinyan familiarized himself with the done and ongoing work. The tasks for the coming months were presented, it was emphasized that preparatory work in all directions is being carried out in accordance with the approved plan. The Prime Minister toured the areas intended for the sessions of the conference, the work of delegations, the press, technical service and other functions, and got acquainted with the work carried out to ensure infrastructural and technical equipment, and logistical accessibility.
The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of effective interdepartmental cooperation and proper coordination of work with international partners in order to hold COP17 at a high level.
