A consultation was held under the leadership of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, during which issues related to institutional reforms of technical control of construction quality were discussed.

Head of the Urban Development Committee Yeghiazar Vardanyan presented details on the digitalization of technical control of construction quality and modernization of legal regulations, which will be aimed at improving the expertise and quality of projects, adopting a new pricing policy, rating construction and development companies, encouraging the use of international building certification systems, and developing the institute for the management and operation of apartment buildings. It was emphasized that as a result of the reforms, it is expected that all participants in the process will be united in a single electronic system, online implementation of agreements, recording of works in real time, online access to information for supervisory bodies, ensuring transparency and controllability of processes, and improving construction quality.

In this context, a discussion was held on the introduction of a system for managing construction projects and implementing technical supervision.

The Prime Minister highlighted the process aimed at increasing the quality assurance and supervision of construction, emphasized the importance of checking compliance with standards at all stages, and instructed to initiate the necessary steps for the introduction of the system.
