Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Bishkek.

The interlocutors noted with satisfaction the development of Armenia-India relations and highlighted the importance of taking joint steps to raise cooperation to a new level.

Nikol Pashinyan and Narendra Modi stressed that Armenia-India friendship has always been strong and expressed their willingness to continue efforts to further deepen it.

The interlocutors discussed issues related to the development of cooperation in the fields of economy, technology, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, education, infrastructure, investments and tourism.

It was emphasized that further organization of high-level mutual visits will contribute to the deepening of partnership and the implementation of new joint programs.

Prime Minister Pashinyan reiterated the invitation to the Indian Prime Minister to visit Armenia at a convenient time and expressed his readiness to also visit India at an appropriate time.

The parties also exchanged views on other issues of regional importance. In particular, they touched upon the implementation of the TRIPP project.
