Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan participated in a panel discussion at the annual "Concordia" Summit, held in New York on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.

The Prime Minister answered questions from the moderator regarding the peace established between Armenia and Azerbaijan and the opportunities arising from it. Nikol Pashinyan noted that efforts are currently focused on implementing the TRIPP project, which will fully unlock regional connectivity. "It will usher in a new era for our country and economy," the Prime Minister said, adding that this also brings to life the Armenian Government's "Crossroads of Peace" project.

Next, the Prime Minister spoke about cooperation between Armenia and the US in the fields of information technology and, specifically, artificial intelligence. Nikol Pashinyan emphasized that, as a result of the memorandum of understanding signed with the US on August 8 of last year, three artificial intelligence centers have been established in Armenia within a year, two of which are major investment projects.

The Prime Minister also addressed developments in the information technology sector, noting that it is successfully growing in the country and constitutes a vital part of the economy. Nikol Pashinyan expressed confidence that the establishment of peace will lead to a steady increase in the country's investment appeal.

Prime Minister Pashinyan also answered questions regarding the prospects of achieving energy self-sufficiency, the development of storage facilities, and steps aimed at constructing a new nuclear power plant.

Speaking about relations with the United States and the European Union, Nikol Pashinyan noted that strategic partnerships have been established in both directions and emphasized that the Government of Armenia will continue to deepen its balanced and balancing foreign policy.
