In New York, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with Mohamed Abdelsalam, Secretary-General of the Zayed Award for Human Fraternity.

The parties referred to the Zayed Award for Human Fraternity ceremony held this year and the decision to highly commend the efforts toward establishing peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

The interlocutors expressed confidence that the fact that the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan were honored with the award would provide new impetus to the peace agenda between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as contribute to progress in ensuring cooperation and stability in the region.

The parties exchanged views on issues regarding future cooperation.
