Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with Romanian President Nicușor Dan on the sidelines of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly.

The interlocutors discussed prospects for the consistent development of Armenia-Romania relations. Regarding the advancement of the bilateral agenda, the organization of high-level reciprocal visits was highlighted as a means to provide new impetus to the expansion and strengthening of ties.

Nikol Pashinyan and Nicușor Dan exchanged views on fostering political dialogue and cooperation in the economic and cultural spheres.

Regional developments and future steps aimed at strengthening peace and stability were also addressed.
