A meeting took place at the UN headquarters between the Prime Ministers of Armenia and Slovenia, Nikol Pashinyan and Janez Janša.

The parties discussed issues related to Armenia-Slovenia relations and their further development.

The Prime Minister spoke about the preparations for hosting the 17th Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP17) in Armenia this October and emphasized the importance of Slovenia's high-level participation.

Nikol Pashinyan and Janez Janša exchanged views on the progress of Armenia-European Union cooperation and issues regarding Armenia's economic diversification.
