Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, accompanied by Vice President of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan, laid flowers at the memorial located in the National Assembly park and paid tribute to the memory of the state and political figures who fell victim to the atrocity of October 27, 1999.
