President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev sent a telegram of condolence to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan regarding the explosion in Yerevan's "Surmalu" shopping center. The message reads as follows,

"I extend my sincere condolences to you and the entire Armenian people in connection with the tragic incident that took place in Yerevan's "Surmalu" shopping center, which claimed many lives.
