Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has congratulated Bulgaria’s Prime Minister Boyko Borissov on Liberation Day.

“I offer heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to you and to the friendly people of Bulgaria on your country’s Liberation Day.

I appreciate the fact that our centuries-old friendly ties have been developing and strengthening ever since the establishment of diplomatic relations.

I have kept warm recollections of our recent meeting on the margins of the Munich Security Conference, during which we had a productive discussion on our bilateral agenda. I am confident that we will succeed in making our cooperation more comprehensive by enriching it with new programs.
