Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to Dritan Abazović on his election as Prime Minister of Montenegro. The message, in particular, states:

Armenia attaches great importance to the consistent development and deepening of friendly relations with Montenegro, both bilaterally and multilaterally. The relations between our countries stand out with warmth and mutual sympathy between the two peoples.
