Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Sweden, Ulf Kristersson, on the occasion of the National Day. The message reads:

“Your Excellency,

I warmly congratulate you and the friendly people of Sweden on the occasion of the National Day.

Armenia greatly values the friendly relations based on mutual trust and constructive dialogue formed between our countries, which are becoming more substantive and multifaceted year by year.

We highly appreciate the support of the Swedish government for the democratic reforms being implemented in Armenia and are confident that our cooperation will continue to develop both in a bilateral format and within the framework of the Armenia-EU partnership.

I am convinced that with joint efforts we will continue to strengthen the ties between Armenia and Sweden for the benefit of our peoples’ well-being, sustainable development and peace.

I wish you and the Swedish government many successes and all the best, and peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Sweden."
