Discussions on the bills on amendments and addenda to the Law "On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan" and related laws continued under the leadership of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan presented the progress of work carried out to improve the bills based on the results of the previous consultation.

In particular, the focus was on increasing the effectiveness of the fight against administrative offenses, property tax payment regulations, cooperation between state agencies, Regulatory Impact Assessment, and other proposed solutions.

Prime Minister Pashinyan emphasized the importance of the institutional development of local self-government bodies and the consistent implementation of reforms in this area.

Based on the results of the discussions, work will continue on the regulations proposed in the bills.
