Issues related to the performance assessment system and the involvement of competitive personnel in the public administration system were discussed

A consultation was held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, during which the process of the pilot program for performance assessment in the public administration system and performance-based incentives within the framework of public administration reforms was discussed.

Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan reported on the progress of the program aimed at increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of the public administration system, the results of the conducted analyses, and presented details on the framework of social guarantees and the necessary legislative regulations to ensure the continuity of the program.

The meeting discussed steps aimed at developing human resources and professional capabilities in line with new requirements and developing motivational mechanisms.

Summing up the discussions, the Prime Minister emphasized that the results of the program should be continuously analyzed, the conclusions obtained should become the basis for institutional changes in the public administration system and contribute not only to the maintaining of competitive personnel, but also to the attraction of new ones.
